Here you will find all the information you need for delivery of our Vanity Cases, Artificial Plants, Furniture, Trinket Drawers, Homeware, Clocks & Giftware for either our trade or dropship orders.

Dispatch Time

All orders placed before 10.30am will be dispatched the same day.

Delivery Time (UK Mainland)

Standard delivery is 2-4 days. Next day delivery is available at a cost of £5 + VAT per order/delivery address. Orders for next day delivery need to be placed before 10.30am. Please select next day delivery at the checkout.

Couriers

We use a number if couriers and the one used for your order will depend upon the size of the items. The companies include Hermes, Yodel, DHL, DPD, Kinetic Logistics & Taylors Pallet Network. Returns

Damaged & Faulty

Any items that are delivered damaged or faulty will be replaced or refunded. please submit a customer service ticket to get your issue resolved. You can find more information on the process here. What do I do if my customer receives a dropship order damaged or faulty?

Good Returns

If your customer has changed their mind and you wish to return the product we have a restocking charge of £10 + VAT. This will be deducted from the refund. Please return items to:
